Solo mining runs this Bitaxe independently instead of combining hash rate with a pool—supporting Bitcoin's decentralization while taking a small, lottery-like chance of finding a block. This unit runs locally on my home network and provides live telemetry to this dashboard.
A lightweight POSIX shell script runs in a Docker container on my ASUSTOR NAS, polling the Bitaxe every 10 seconds and securely relaying its status here. It requests the miner's local AxeOS JSON API, then sends only the selected telemetry to this site through an authenticated HTTPS connection—no inbound ports or public access to the miner are required. Docker restarts the relay automatically after a NAS reboot.
