Fields of Greif - Dev Updates

Added jump animation sprite to Katman.

Finished the first playable demo of Katman, added walking animation and adjusted walking phyysics. Test floor tile added for walking and platform purposes.

Kicked off the Fields of Grief platformer Notion page with all game development ideas and roadwork.
